1. By entering the Competition and complying with the entry requirements set out below, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as hereby agreed to between you and Dell Technologies.
2. The Competition period starts on Monday, 5 August 2024 and ends at midnight on Friday, 23 August 2024.
3. This Competition is open to anyone domiciled in South Africa that is over the age of 18, except the employees of Dell Technologies, their affiliated companies, their advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate families.
4. There are 5 prizes, each prize includes the following:
   
   a. 2x tickets to the Springboks vs Ireland test match at Emirates Airline Park in Johannesburg, on Saturday 31 August 2024.
   
   b. Including:
   i. Two test match tickets.
   ii. Pre- and post-game hospitality.
   iii. Secure parking.
5. To enter the Prize Draw, the entrant must purchase a qualifying Dell laptop on www.dellonline.co.za during the Competition period.
6. The winners will be drawn by random computer process from all the valid entries received by midnight on Friday, 23 August 2024. The decision by Dell Technologies of the winner is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Prizes awarded are not transferable, exchangeable, or negotiable and are not redeemable for cash, in part or as a whole.
8. The winners are responsible for all applicable taxes and expenses not specified in the prize description.
9. The winner will be announced on www.dellonline.co.za on Monday, 26 August 2024. Dell Technologies will also send confirmation to the winner that they have won via email or telephonically, using the contact details provided at the time of entry. If the winner is uncontactable, or the winner declines the prize, he or she will be disqualified, and Dell Technologies shall be entitled to select another winner. Dell Technologies will fulfil the shipment of the prize to an address within South Africa and will contact the winner to arrange an appropriate day and time for the delivery of the prize.
10. The Winner will be required to present their identification document when claiming the prize.
11. Dell Technologies reserves the right to make media announcements and/or publications of the winners of the Competition.
12. Dell Technologies reserves the right to vary, amend, suspend, postpone, or terminate the Competition and/or any of the prizes, or any aspect or part thereof, for any reason whatsoever and without notice. In such an event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations which you may have against Dell Technologies, or any other companies associated with the Competition, and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Dell Technologies or any other company or individual associated with the Competition.
13. Any personal information obtained from you will be used only for the purpose of conducting the Competition (including publications and media announcements associated therewith). Your full consent is granted in this respect, including your approval of the transfer of such information to any third party as may be required to carry out the Competition (including publications and media announcements associated therewith). Dell Technologies privacy policy will apply.
